Jatin Asher

I don’t coach
from a pedestal.

I coach from the belief that people deserve honest questions, useful structure and respect for the fact that their choices are ultimately theirs.

Why Push Your Limits exists

Because rebuilding is rarely one dramatic decision.

Jatin’s own life has included major setbacks, difficult responsibilities, rebuilding trust, starting again professionally and learning to stay with the work when motivation was not enough.

That experience is not presented as proof that one person’s path will work for everyone. It shaped a way of working that values listening, responsibility, structured reflection and practical action.

Working principle

Listen before advising.

A person should feel understood before they are asked to change anything.

Working principle

Tools are tools.

NLP and DISC can help create insight. They are not identities, diagnoses or magic tricks.

Working principle

Responsibility stays with the client.

Coaching can support decisions and action. It should not take ownership of a person’s life away from them.

Working principle

Under-promise. Over-deliver.

No manufactured urgency. No guaranteed transformation language. The work should earn trust.
