Draft website policy • Updated September 2026
Information you choose to provide
If you contact Push Your Limits by email, phone or a future website form, you may provide your name, contact information and the content of your inquiry. That information should be used to respond to you and manage the relationship you requested.
Current website form
The general contact form opens the visitor’s configured email application rather than storing the message in a website database. The separate 7-Day Push Reset signup is handled by Netlify Forms as described below. General contact and lead-capture fields are intended for ordinary business inquiries and resource delivery, not confidential clinical or health records, passwords, financial account details, legal case details, or emergency information.
Scheduling with Calendly
Clarity Conversation booking links open Calendly, an external scheduling service. When a visitor books, Calendly may receive information such as the visitor’s name, email address, selected time, timezone and any information the visitor chooses to provide on the Calendly booking page. Push Your Limits also adds a simple website-source tag to the booking link, such as Home, MBBS, Coaching or What’s Your Push?, so completed bookings can be connected to the website path that led to them. Visitors should avoid including sensitive medical, treatment, financial, legal or emergency information in scheduling notes.
Website analytics
This site does not intentionally set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies by default. If Netlify Web Analytics is enabled for this Netlify-hosted site, aggregate traffic information is derived from Netlify CDN server logs without adding a client-side analytics script or analytics cookie. This can include page views, requested pages, referral sources and approximate visitor location. Push Your Limits uses this information to understand site performance and which pages or booking paths are useful.
Advertising tools
No advertising pixel is intentionally enabled in this version of the site. If Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or another client-side tracking or advertising tool is added later, this policy and any consent controls should be reviewed and updated where required.
7-Day Push Reset form
The free 7-Day Push Reset signup uses Netlify Forms to receive the first name, email address, source tag and consent selection a visitor submits. Push Your Limits uses this information to provide the requested resource, understand which website path generated the signup, and send practical follow-up emails where the visitor has consented. The form is not intended for sensitive medical, treatment, financial, legal or emergency information.
Sharing
Personal information should not be sold. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate services requested by the visitor, or where required by law.
Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent to jatinash@gmail.com.
This policy is a practical draft for the initial site and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed for the final hosting, forms, payments, analytics and advertising tools actually used.
